Congratulations to our Lady Tigers who took home the win in tonight’s Championship game against the Cougars! Republic played in a two day Christmas Tournament hosted by the Curlew School District. We are proud! We are loud! We are Tigers!

Your Lady Tigers will go up against the Lady Cougars in a battle to be called the Champions of the Holiday Basketball Tourney today at 4 pm in the Curlew gym. C’mon out and cheer on your Lady Tigers to victory!

Congratulations to these students who were inducted into the National Honor Society on December 7th. To be considered for membership into N.H.S., students must meet the criteria of the four pillars which are: Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Character. The recent inductees are (L-R) Isabel Stinson, Lindsey Short, Cailey Lott, Aleena Maycumber, Sarah McGaffey, Brooklyn Campbell and Trey Cromwell. The first order of business for these new N.H.S. members will be to help put together baskets of food for the needy in our community!

Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow! Republic's Junior and Senior High Winter Concert will be held on Dec. 9th in the High School Gym. Starting at 5:30 pm there will be a Rock Band performance followed by a 6 pm Concert Band and Choral performance . The Music Department is quite excited to showcase the hard work of their student musicians. Hope to see everyone there!

Monday morning December 6th our new full time bus driver will begin driving the Lambert Creek/Rabbit bus route, please be out at your stop 5 minutes early to help her out with her first day. Thank You, Transportation Department

Students residing on Old Kettle Falls Rd should plan to ride the Rabbit Bus this morning and pick-up will be approximately 25-30 minutes late today on Tuesday, November 30th. Thank you for your patience.

Happy Thanksgiving Families! Tomorrow, November 24th school will be released at 11:30am. All school offices will be closed at 1:00pm. Have a safe and happy holiday!

The annual Republic School District employee sponsored Senior Citizen Christmas dinner is scheduled for December 11. This year will be a little bit different than in the past. You will need to call the Republic School District to order a meal. We will be delivering meals to senior citizens within the city limits. Other seniors who live outside the city limits are welcome to stop in front of the Republic Elementary School to pick up your meal to go. Meals will be delivered or available for pick up from 11:30-12:30. We want to show our appreciation for our area senior citizens who make Republic their home. The meals will be ham or turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad and dessert. Republic school employees donate food and money each year to help make this possible. Hopefully next year we will be back to a sit down down meal. Please call 775-3173 by December 9th to order a meal. Include your name, phone number and address your choice of ham or turkey and any dietary restrictions of allergies.

Attention Junior High Basketball Fans and Families. There will be a change in the order of who plays first this coming Saturday the 20th. Please note that BOYS will play first at 11 am and GIRLS will play at 12:30 pm. Thanks and Gooooo Tigers!

Wrestling Season is here! If you have an 8th-12th grader interested in wrestling; please fill out the paperwork and give to Mrs. Fletcher and then meet your coaches! Girls will practice from 3-4:30ish and Boys will practice from 3-5 pm. Let's Go Tigers!!

High School Basketball Season has arrived! Practice starts today for the boys at 4:30 pm with a parent meeting to follow at 6:30 pm. Girls will practice today at 4 pm with a parent meeting at 6 pm. Thanks and GOOO TIGERS!

Tomorrow morning at 8:20 am, there will be a Pep Rally held outside of the High School to honor the Volleyball Team as they head to the State Tournament at the Yakima Sundome! There will also be a procession at 8:30 am down Main Street so feel free to the line the street and give them a good luck wave as they make their way to the Sundome! It's a great week to be a Tiger folks...a great week!

District 7 Volleyball Playoffs will begin tomorrow 11/4 at 2 pm! Please note that since these are playoffs the district league sets the prices. Below is the following prices: Adults $10 Students and Senior Citizens $7 Programs $2 See all you fans tomorrow!

Great news! Your Republic Lady Tigers Volleyball is #1 in the league and our school will be hosting District 7 playoffs! Game day is this Thursday, the 4th at 2 pm. We are looking for volunteers to help run the tournament! Everything from ticket takers to coffee makers, we have spots that need filled!
