We will be conducting a High School Fall Sports Parent Meeting in the Elementary Cafateria at 6 pm on Monday, August 15th. All parents of perspective 9-12 football, cheer, volleyball, and cross-country athletes should plan on attending. Athelets will need to register for sports (information will be provided), have a current and updated physical, and if needed, an emergency care plan before they can begin practicing. Summer school is here! From Aug 1 - Aug 18, 1st - 6th grades students are invited from 8:00am - 1:00pm on Mondays - Thursdays. Parents and guardians can register by calling 509-775-3173.
9 - 12 grade students are encouraged to attend, Aug 1- 18, from 8:00-1:00 for credit retrieval. If your student failed a class during the school year, let's plan on attending and earning as much through retrieval as possible.

The Republic School District is excited to announce their next superintendent, Mr. John Farley. Mr. Farley has spent the last seven years as a principal in the Moses Lake School District. Before that, he served as an administrator in Montana for five years. He will officially start his new position on July 1, 2022.

Summer school will be from August 1-18 (Monday through Thursday only). The time will be from 8am to 1pm and meals will be provided. To reserve a place for your student, please call the office of the building in which they attend before June 17th to register. This is for 1st through 12th graders.

The Spring Sports Award Night will be held tomorrow, June 8th, in the Elem. cafeteria. Looking forward to seeing all you Baseballers, Softballers and Track & Field athletes there!

The Republic school board will hold a special meeting in executive session from approximately 2pm-9pm on Monday June 6, 2022 as they interview and evaluate superintendent candidates.
The meeting will be in the district office and no action will be taken following the executive session.

Today was the final day for these Seniors at RHS. They will be graduating tomorrow at 1 pm in the High School gym. The Class of 2022 arrived at school this morning “in anything but a vehicle”. Thank you Seniors for all the wonderful memories!





Meet the superintendent candidates! Please come meet the 3 finalists for the Republic School District superintendent position on Monday June 6th in the elementary gym. Community members and parents will be able to ask questions of each candidate. The candidates are scheduled for this portion of the interview process at 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm. There will be feedback forms that the school board will review before making a selection. Please come and contribute to this process! The 3 finalists are: Wyatt Ladiges, Kim Spacek, and John Farley.
