All Emergency Care Plan documents must be filled out correctly, signed by a physician, and all meds required in the care plan must all be submitted to the school nurse by tomorrow (August 31st) if your student plans to start school on September 6th. If your students Emergency Care Plan is not current, your student will not be able to start school on Tuesday, September 6th. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Loren Finley and the Republic School District.

The school district administration building will be closed on Friday 9/2 in recognition of our staff/family Ferry County Fair connections. School starts for grades 1-12 on Tuesday 9/6 and Kindergarten on Friday 9/9. Enjoy the fair and we look forward to seeing students on Tuesday! Registration for ALL sports seasons at Republic High School are now open. The link below will take you to FamilyID where you can register your athlete for sports. We will be conducting a High School Fall Sports Parent Meeting in the Elementary Cafateria at 6 pm on Monday, August 15th. All parents of perspective 9-12 football, cheer, volleyball, and cross-country athletes should plan on attending. Athelets will need to register for sports (information will be provided), have a current and updated physical, and if needed, an emergency care plan before they can begin practicing. RSD #309 will conduct High School registration on Aug 24th and 25th: 9:00am - Aug 24: Seniors 1:00pm - Aug 24: Juniors 9:00am - Aug 25: Sophomores 1:00pm - Aug 25: Freshmen Registrars will call 7th and 8th graders regarding available elective classes.

There will be a Parent/Athlete Meeting for all 9-12 graders who are interested in Cross Country, Cheer, Volleyball or Football on August 15th at 6 pm in the Elem cafeteria. The Republic School District Administration Office will be open from 8-4 Monday-Thursday through August 26th. Normal Monday-Friday hours of 8-4 will resume the week of August 29th. We look forward to the upcoming school year and hope our community is enjoying the wonderful summer weather with friends and family!

Summer school is here! From Aug 1 - Aug 18, 1st - 6th grades students are invited from 8:00am - 1:00pm on Mondays - Thursdays. Parents and guardians can register by calling 509-775-3173. 9 - 12 grade students are encouraged to attend, Aug 1- 18, from 8:00-1:00 for credit retrieval. If your student failed a class during the school year, let's plan on attending and earning as much through retrieval as possible. The Republic School District is excited to announce their next superintendent, Mr. John Farley. Mr. Farley has spent the last seven years as a principal in the Moses Lake School District. Before that, he served as an administrator in Montana for five years. He will officially start his new position on July 1, 2022.

Summer school will be from August 1-18 (Monday through Thursday only). The time will be from 8am to 1pm and meals will be provided. To reserve a place for your student, please call the office of the building in which they attend before June 17th to register. This is for 1st through 12th graders.

8th Grade Promotion Thursday, June 9th at 6pm in the H.S. Gym Everyone is welcome to attend!

The Spring Sports Award Night will be held tomorrow, June 8th, in the Elem. cafeteria. Looking forward to seeing all you Baseballers, Softballers and Track & Field athletes there!

The Republic school board will hold a special meeting in executive session from approximately 2pm-9pm on Monday June 6, 2022 as they interview and evaluate superintendent candidates. The meeting will be in the district office and no action will be taken following the executive session.

Today was the final day for these Seniors at RHS. They will be graduating tomorrow at 1 pm in the High School gym. The Class of 2022 arrived at school this morning “in anything but a vehicle”. Thank you Seniors for all the wonderful memories!
